Double row angular contact ball bearings have the features of two single row angular contact bearings back-to-back but with more compact design occupying less axial space. DRACBB accommodate high radial as well as axial loads, working in both directions. They enhance unit stiffness and accommodate tilting moments.
The Double-row Angular-contact Ball Bearing, developed by THB Bearing, is built as standard with Normal axial Double Row Angular Contact Ball Slewing Ring internal clearance. It is available with the greater C3 clearance.
The unit comprises 3 mounting such as DB mount in duplex and back to back, DF mount in duplex and face to face, and DT mount in duplex and tandem. The internal structure also comes in C with normal contact angle of 15° a, AC with normal contact angle of 25° a, and B with normal contact angle of 40° a. In addition, the bearings come with 80 mm to 300 mm diameters.
By integrating double-row small-diameter rollers on the raceway, the number of rollers incorporated in this new model (RW228) is approximately 5 times that of Cross-Roller Ring model RU*. While maintaining the compactness, it achieves higher rigidity and accuracy and SKF 22222 Bearing a lower torque. In addition, the inner and outer rings in integrated structures have mounting holes, allowing the product to be directly mounted to the machine.
