PTS-CRI 100-A HIGH-PRESSURE COMMON RAIL FUEL INJECTION TEST BENCH

 is the latest equipment we researched and produced by referring to the actual condition of domestic existing common rail fuel injector. The equipment’s rail pressure range is (0~1600bar) ., which is provided by BOSCH common rail fuel injector. The computer control system can accomplish real-time measurement and adjustment for common rail pressure. It can conduct detection and debugging on rail injectors produced by BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI and DENSO. The computer control system is controlled by industrial computer with windows system and touch screen (or mouse) operating system, the fuel-measurement system changes the traditional measurement method by glass graduate, it adopts sensor for fuel-measurement (This equipment may be equipped with a measuring glass). Fuel mass will ne measured at real time and displayed at screen, the error precision is 0.1ml, Built-in data involves in more than 700 types of Bosch injector debugging data and more than 10 kinds of Denso injector debugging data, the data can be searched and generates date as well as be save automatically . This product with reliable performance, accurate measurement, as well as equipped with organic glass protective door which is convenient to operate and safe to observe.

Ⅰ. Characteristics:

1. Real-time control by industrial computer with windows system, touch screen operating system (or mouse). 
2. Fuel mass is measured by sensor and displayed on 10.4” LCD or 17” LENOVO display. 
3. Adopts BOSCH high-pressure common rail injection pump to generate 0~1600 bar pressure. 
4. Real-time measure and control of rail pressure, with overpressure protection function. 
5. The pulse width and frequency of injector’s driving signal are adjustable. 
6.  Injection time(s) of injector can be set at will.
7. The date of more than 400 kinds BOSCH and more than 10 kinds DENSO are searchable and savable.

A4:wooden cases which is safe for sea transport and no need to be fumigated.  the machine if it is big and not in regular size, so machine use nude packing with necessary fixing.  If machine is delivered it by LCL, we will pack it with some necessary materials like wrapping film, shockproof film, pallet or wooden frame to secure the safe delivery. In this case, extra packing cost will be charged.

Q8:Special hint for FOB term

A8:The default FOB terms we quote is based on the quotation of our own shipping forwarder, which means that if you ask us to quote FOB price, all the charge is based on quote of our forwarder. So if you want to appoint forwarder in China to organize the delivery for you, please kindly tell us this information in advance, we can check with your forwarder again for the port charges because they always quote a higher charge than we get.    

Q9: How will you deliver the spare parts?

A9: If you purchase the parts separately, we usually pack the spare parts by carton or plywood. Parts will be sent by courier like DHL or TNT or FEDEX.

Q10:How long of your warranty terms?
