SNFA bearing was born in 1952 in response to customer demands for high precision bearings for the aerospace industry. SNFA's links with the aerospace industry are strong. In 1979, SNFA built a very modern manufacturing facility with a floor area of 15000 square metres in Valenciennes, northern France. SNFA bearing is now part of the SKF group, and the combined experience of both companies has produced a new series of leading-edge super-precision bearings. SKF-SNFA’s ready-to-mount, sealed super-precision angular contact ball bearings have a compact cross section and are characterised by high speed, high stiffness, low heat generation and KOYO 6202z Bearing extended bearing service life. In addition, the sealed and pre-greased features virtually eliminate premature bearing failures due to contamination. The angular contact thrust ball bearings for screw drives are available in single direction, double direction, cartridge units with flanged housing, or to tailored designs.
