YRTM basic series with integral angular measuring system, can achieve accurate angle measuring, the highest precision can achieve to 1 arcseconds, and greatly suitable for application which has high requirements on angle positioning precision.
the measurement of angular displacement is very important in modern industry. Specialiy in machine tool industry, the rotation angle of mechanical parts was often highly demand. this needs to accurately masure and control the angular displacement.
at present, grating encoder, magnetic gate encoder was commonly used when measuring the angular displacement. but Austria AMOSIN steel grade measurement system we choose has four significant advantages of high precision (the highest resolution angle<2arc-second), stain resistance, no electrical induction, high adaptability to circumstance.
the YRT rotary table bearing with this measurement system, have very high precision, can bear double-direction axial load, radial load and tilting moment. that is very suitable for the high precision demand field, such as high precision rotary table in machine tools industry, dividing head and scientific experiment and measurement and so on.

2. Structure introduction
the Austria AMOSIN steel grade measurement system including three parts:steel grade feet, reading-head and electronic assessment. the steel grade feet was installed on the inner ring of the bearing(figure 2), it is a steel ring with grids uniform distribution on. the reading-head was installed on the outer ring of the bearing (figure 1), it is near the steel grade feet, but not touch, there is a 0.1--0.2mm clearance between them.
When Working, the bearing rotary, the steel grade feet and the reading- head (figure 3) do non-contact relative motion, then turn the the data wich was collected by induction to the electronic evaluation (figure 6) through the cable (figure 5). The electronic evaluation then transfer the information to square wave or Positive harmonic signal. these signal was put into the numerical control system In the machine tools, to realize the measuring and control to the angular displacement.

*X*When order, the buyer should provide the following information of location accuracy rotary speed for real-time working, the length of the cable, the kinds of the signa l output, number, the number and type marked on the reference point.
the steel grade feet divided into three precision grades of +-3 μm (Arc length), +-5 μm(Arc length), +-10μm(Arc length).
Stander for reference points mark: every 360 degrees. We can do as clients' actual application: more reference points mark
Signal output type: IVPP or TTL

4. Installation guide
the installation method is the same as the standard YRT bearing, (please reference chapter three: Design and installation guide)
for YRTM rotary table bearings with integral measuring system. the measuring system was installed on the bearing and adjust to the best before ship. You can be installed and to be use after receipt, no need to be re-adjusted.
Note: Must be careful when moving the measuring system, as it is precision electronic components, the collision may reduce the precision or damage it. If the product can't be work because of collision, please contact HONGYUAN in time, don't solve it by yourself.
Don't knock the bearing when do the installation.
