Normal working conditions
The electromagnet is installed in a vertical direction. (when the armature moves upwards, the attraction of the electromagnet should include the armature weight).
The direction of the counterforce of the electromagnet must coincide with the center line of the armature.
When the electromagnet is used for a long time, resulting in abnormal noise or not close, can open the electromagnet, the magnet pole oil and dirt clean, to avoid burning the solenoid coil.
