Generating set

Marine main generator set and emergency set for Cummins series are provided, the power range from 20KW to 1600KW, compact unit is easy to install, with low fuel consumption, good dynamic performance, high efficiency. The ship certificate of CCS, BV, NK or other major classification society can be provided, aslo the ZY certificate is provided.

Diesel engine

Marine diesel for Chongqing Cummins and Dongfeng Cummins are used in the marine generator sets, with advanced economy, power, reliability, durability and environmental safety. Products for American Cummins can also be selected to meet different requirements.

Alternator

International top brands for Stanford, Marathon and Siemens for generator are selected, brushless, constant voltage, synchronization, has good dynamic characteristics and can adapt to harsh climate and environment, and confirm to a number of technical standards and norms.

The control system which takes microprocessor as the core can carry out the best operation of genset, and can examine the parameters of genset and alarm and protect, with high measuring accuracy, many test items, total control and protection function, strong adaptability and remote control function.

a. Electric power or air can be used for starting marine main generator set. Dual-energy are used for staring marine emergency generator set, the first start way is electric power, optical air start or spring start or hydraulic start. b. Seawater pump and heat exchanger are used for cooling marine main generator set, and fan and radiator are used for marine emergency generator set. c. 60Hz marine generator sets can be provided, also special order can be accepted. d. Standard parts: engine, alternator, control system, under-pan, expansion joint, silencer,service tool. Optical parts: water heater, float fuel tank, fuel and water separator, dirty oil pump, PMG, winding high temperature protect, IP44 protect class alternators can be chosen.
