Product Description:
1.It   is made by die forging. The connecting rod is 219mm long and 46mm wide. The   small head is wedge-shaped. The thinnest part is about 29mm. The chamfering   angle of the big head of the connecting rod is 45 °, and the sawtooth   positioning of 60 ° is used. Two M14 × 1.5 connecting rod bolts are   connected. When the connecting rod bolts are tightened, they must be   tightened according to the requirements of the angle tightening method. The   performance level of the connecting rod bolt is 12.9, and the material is   42CrMo. The connecting rod bolts are tightened and twisted to prevent   loosening. According to regulations: connecting rod bolts should only be   replaced once after being used once. Do not exceed the limit. Failure to do   so may cause a crash.	2.The connecting rod small head   bushing is made of steel-backed copper-lead alloy with a thickness of 2.5mm.   Its lubricating oil groove is T-shaped and has a large pressure bearing   surface.	3.The quality difference of the   connecting rods in the same group is less than 29g when installed.	4.When assembling the connecting   rod bushing, precise reaming is required, and a special bushing reamer is   required. The bore diameter of the connecting rod must be accurately measured   to ensure the clearance with the connecting rod shaft diameter.
