Description: Electric-arc spraying backing wire, surface repairing for parts. it is in a wide range of alloys for high-temperature corrosion protection, bonding layers, build-up coating and sealing.

State: bright, spooled wire

Chemical composition: Ni:95%, Al:5%

Applications: Pre-alloy nickel-aluminum substrate material suitable for electric-arc spraying process; the coating is compact and has the resistance to high temperature and oxidation, anti-thermal shock and abrasion resistance, the binding strength is more than 55MPa, the coating can also be used directly as a working layer.

1) Protect high-temperature oxidation.

2) Coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels.

45CT/ PS45

Description:

The main performance indexes of the NiCrTi anti-Sulphur-corrosion spray-painting materials 45CT and PS45 were tested and analyzed, the results show that the chemical compositions of 45CT and PS45 are alike, and the microstructure morphologies of the coatings prepared by 45CT and PS45 are similar. The corrosion weight gain experiment was carried out for the two coatings; and the dense Cr2O3 and Cr2NiO4 structure was formed on the corroded coating surface, which has excellent high-temperature Sulphur-corrosion resistant capability.

 

ERNiCrMo-3

Description:

ERNiCrMo-3 (NA625) is used for Gas-Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas-Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) of Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825 and a range of high alloy austenitic and super austenitic stainless steels.

Applications: includes jointing Inconel alloys, Incoloy alloys, low-alloy steels, stainless steels and carbon steels.

C-276 welding wire / ERNiCrMo-4 is mainly used for tungsten-inert gas welding (TIG) and melting gas welding with C276 alloy and other nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloy; it can also be used for surface welding of steel; this welding material has shown excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media, especially resistant to pitting and crack corrosion.
