The dehydration recovery machine is a kind of equipment developed for the dehydration, demineralization and desliming of slurry materials, which can solve the problem of fine sand loss in the sand making industry. Fine sand recovery machine is also called tall sand recovery machine, fine sand extraction machine, fine sand collection machine, sediment separator, mud separ ator, sand water mixture treatment system, etc.
Performance Features
1. In the traditional wet processing technology of artificial sand, the loss of fine sand in the artificial sand can hardly be controlled by the spiral sand washing machine used in the mud washing and dehydration of the artificial sand. The fine sand recovery system can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it in the system, which solves the problems of high fineness modulus of finished sand and low content of stone powder in the artificial aggregate processing system.
2. Polyurethane screen is used for vibrating screen, which has a longer service life than other types of screen, and will not block holes.
3. The hydrocyclone is lined with polyurethane, which improves the service life of the whole device, and can successfully complete the work of slurry concentration, liquid clarification ,etc.
4. 90% of the total amount of fine partides in the maximum recyclable emission has incomparable technical and economic advantages over other recovery equipment.
5. The fine particles are fully recovered, which reduces the workload of the sedimentation tank and the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank.

The dehydration and recovery machine is composed of motor,sand pump, centrifugal separator, TS linear dehydration screen, cleaning tank,return tank, etc. The sand water mixture is delivered to the centrifugal separator by the pump. The fine sand concentrated by the centrifugal classification is provided to the TS straight-line dehydration screen through the sand settling nozzle. After dehydration by the vibrating screen, the fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of fine sand and mud are returned to the cleaning tank through the return tank. When the liquid level of the cleaning tank is too high, they are discharged through the discharge port.
