HL Series
HL vertical centrifugal slurry pump, immersed in liquid, used to transport abrasive and coarse particles, high concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and it can work under the condition of insufficient intake normally.
The HL series submerged pump flowing through parts are made of silicon carbide ceramic, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. It is especially suitable for various pit pumps in mines, coal and desulfurization systems.
Structural Characteristics Of Vertical Slurry Pump
● Adopt vertical cantilever structure
● Adopt silicon carbide ceramic impeller, with a removal ring, easy to remove impeller;
● The flow parts are made of ceramic materials, with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can improve the overall service life of the pump;
● The cylinder bearing components adopts high capacity bearing design, and using grease lubrication;

User Case
Under the strong abrasive condition of the mine, the service life of the ceramic pump is 3-5 times that of the metal pump. The maximum particle size of the slurry in the existing case can reach 25mm, which means the needs of all the pumps in the beneficiation process.
