Silicon Carbide Slurry pumps are applied in the field of mining, metallurgy, electricity, chemical, coal industry, building materials, etc. It can transport abrasive and corrosive seriflux which containing solid particles, such as ash and cola seriflux transportation in power station, mine pulp transportation in metallurgy dressing plant, coal seriflux and other heavy media transportation in coal washing plant. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture are: mortar 45%; ore pulp 60%.
This kind of pump is featured with high efficiency, running stably, reliable and long-life service, etc. And it also improved impact resistance, which can be successfully used in mill pump.

User Case
Under the strong abrasive condition of the mine, the service life of the ceramic pump is 3-5 times that of the metal pump. The maximum particle size of the slurry in the existing case can reach 25mm, which means the needs of all the pumps in the beneficiation process.
