Configuration SelectionIn addition to different tonnage models, the overhead electric locomotive also has many configurations such as gauge, speed regulation mode, braking mode, working voltage, etc. to be selected. Because the power supply method of the overhead electric locomotive is that the pantograph contacts with the overhead line, it is easy to friction to generate electric sparks, so it cannot be applied to coal mines. In other mines with low gas concentration, safety protection should be done according to the relevant track.
speed control mode optional: There are three kinds of resistance speed regulation, chopper speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation. Resistance speed regulation is the most economical, simple principle and structure, easy to repair. Chopper speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation are stepless speed regulation, the control performance is better and more reliable, but there are certain requirements for repair personnel.
braking mode optional: air brake, hydraulic brake, mechanical brake three ways. Mechanical braking is the basic braking method and will be installed on all electric locomotives. Hydraulic brakes are mostly used for 3-5 tons of electric locomotives, and air brakes are mostly used for electric locomotives of 6 tons and above. In addition, electric braking can be selected as an auxiliary braking method.
working voltage: The common working voltage of electric locomotive is 250V or 550V.
