ROF-AM-HER electro-optical intensity modulator with high extinction ratio is based on MZ push-pull structure, having a low half-wave voltage and stable physical and chemical properties. The device has a high DC extinction ratio and high response rate by utilizing special process, so it is widely used in optical pulse generator, laser radar, optical fiber sensing and other fields.
