The 4BT injectors realize high-pressure injection and good atomization of fuel, effectively promotes the engine to reduce emissions, improve power, and reflects better fuel economy and service life.

Function of 4BT high pressure injectors:

4BT high pressure fuel injector is one of the key components of gasoline direct injection system. It is connected to the fuel rail (kvs-hd) by a hydraulic connector and triggered by a current controlled driver. The solenoid swirl valve injects the fine atomized fuel into the fuel chamber according to the preset jet form. Fuel metering is very accurate. The amount of fuel injected depends on the pressure, the flow rate and the opening time of the 4BT injectors. Several shapes formed by fuel injection need to meet the requirements of 4BT engine and combustion process in cylinder.
