Fused quartz sand is colorless, transparent, massive, granular or white powder. It uses high purity quartz as raw material, and produces amorphous silica by electro melting (the temperature of electro melting reaches 1800-2000 degrees Celsius). Then it is processed by special machine to remove impurities, screen and produce as bulk, granular and powdery products. It has very low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal stability.
Usage
Fused silica sand is mainly used for casting, grinding, artificial marble, semiconductor, electronics, optical, glass, quartz glass instruments, refractory, chemical and various sand blasting quartz sand.
