Quartz sand filter
Quartz sand filter is a pressure filter.It can be used quartz sand as the filter media. When the influent water flows through the filter layer from top to bottom, the suspended solids and viscose particles colloids, sediment and rust in water. The pump is pressurized to pass the raw water through the filter medium to remove the suspended matter in the water,Thereby reducing the turbidity of the water.
Quartz sand filtration is an important unit used in advanced wastewater treatment, wastewater reuse and feedwater treatment. It is function to remove more pollutants that have already flocculated in the water. It achieves the purpose of purifying water through the interception, sedimentation and adsorption of the filter material.

Application
1. Used for industrial water, domestic water and municipal water supply systems that require effluent turbidity ≤ 5mg / L to meet drinking water quality standards; | ||||||||||||||
