To ensure the whole kernel rate, the Hazelnut has to be calibrated before de-hulling. Usually we grade nuts to 4 sizes. Component: hopper, elevator, calibrators.

Hazelnut de-huller

The de-huller process each size separately  by adjusting the roller’s slit. Those un-hulled Hazelnut will be conveyed back for next round de-hulling automatically.

Fine separator
