Product Introduction
Hard rock impact crusher has multi-chamber even crushing compared to traditional machines, suitable for crushing hard rocks. The whole plate structure makes particles small and cubic without fissures inside. The low feeding inlet makes it convenient for the production line placement and increases the feeding size. The full-hydraulic device starts up and it's easy for maintenance and renewal of wearing parts. It's mainly applied to secondary crush materials with compressive strength of no more than 320Mpa in the the high grade road, hydropower and construction industries.
Working Principle
It's mainly composed of the base, middle box, back rack, rotor, ratchet flip startup device. Driven by the V-belt, materials are crushed by the hammer on the rotor and are thrown to the toggle plate and then will rebound to the hammer for recrushing. Repeatedly, materials will continuously be crushed to the required sizes. They enter from the first feeding inlet to the first crushing chamber and then to the second crushing chamber. When the size of ores is smaller than the gap between the hammer and the impact plate, materials will be discharged from the lower part of the machine which become finished products.
Performance Characteristics
1. It adopts keyless connection, featured by unique structure, advanced design, reliable performance, stable operation and low energy consumption; the perfect combination of the heavy-duty rotor design, wear-resistant hammer and the crushing chamber design improves the productivity and the quality and reduces the cost and the consumption of abrasive components. Unique hammer fixing device ensures higher reliability of hammer. The impact part is set with spring adjustment structure. When the slag enters into the chamber, it will play the role of tramp iron protection to guarantee the security of equipment.
2. The optimized structure offers bigger chamber and granularity. Meanwhile, the moment of inertia of the rotor is increased to offer higher size reduction ratio and output. The machine is highly-efficient and energy-saving with cubic products.
3. The hammer is fixed on the rotor by a set of wedge with larger torque. More contact between the hammer and the rotor removes the space between them and reduces the probability of the fracture of the hammer. High-quality wear-resistant materials such as high chromium iron are adopted to improve the durability of abrasive parts (such as hammer, impact liner and frame side liner).
