Installation of steam boiler

1. Try to install it in the place with the closest heat consumption and the most convenient operation and installation.

2. The hot water pipeline should not be too long, and should have a good insulation layer. The pipeline should be inclined from the hot steam output end to the end properly. The water supply source must be equipped with control valve.

3. The power supply must be equipped with matched control switch, fuse and reliable protective grounding wire, 380V three-phase four wire extension (or three-phase five wire extension), and 220V single-phase power supply. The wiring standard shall be in accordance with the section standard of power line in the attached table. All wiring must comply with relevant regulations.

4. The power supply voltage must be controlled within 5%, otherwise the use effect will be affected. The 380V voltage must be three-phase five wire power supply, and the zero wire cannot be connected wrongly.

5. The ground wire of steam generator is related to the use safety, so reliable ground wire shall be installed. The ground wire shall be driven nearby with a depth of ≥ 1.5m, and the ground wire cable connector shall be sintered on the ground wire pile head. In order to prevent rusting and damp, it is better to connect the joint 100mm higher than the ground.

6. When the water quality does not meet the requirements, softened water should be used. It is strictly prohibited to use deep well water, water quality with more minerals and sediment, especially in the north sandy soil area and mountain forest area.

7. Before starting the machine, check whether the power, voltage and water source are abnormal, close the blowdown valve, open the water supply valve, and check whether the water pump is stuck. If the water pump is stuck, remove the rear cover of the air vane, and turn the motor shaft to a flexible state to start the machine.

8. After starting the machine, observe whether there is any abnormality in the working process of the machine. If there is any abnormality, refer to the troubleshooting method, and restart the machine after troubleshooting.

9. The power switch must be turned off after the shutdown, and the blowdown shall be started after the pressure is reduced to 0.1MPa, and the water inlet valve shall be closed at the same time.
