1. Description of production line

Jinan xinbeifa large aquatic feed production line, using twin screw expansion technology, the main machine using frequency converter can achieve stepless speed regulation, gas-65 model built-in screw, screw sleeve lengthening, material rotation time is long, the temperature can be adjusted, the output torque can be adjusted, make the material expansion degree high, smooth surface.Adjust the machine different torque, different materials, can make different feed, the machine can do: suspended aquatic feed particles, submerged fish, shrimp and crab feed particles, pet feed particles, fishing feed particles.International advanced granulation structure, soft knife laminating form, achieve infinitely variable speed, can be cut into desired length products, not easy to produce burr.The products produced by this production line are characterized by high protein, complete nutrition and long floating time.

10.Details & Features:
(1) The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
(2)It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
(3) The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.. 
(4) Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely.
(5)Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for corn/rice, also for wheat flour/starch with high viscosity. (()(6)Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half expanded as different type of products.
