ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is also a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, because the design of the vertical structure is also known as the vertical centrifugal pump, this centrifugal pump is designed according to the industry standard performance and size. ISG pump is a new energy-saving pump. It can replace IS type horizontal single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump. ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, but also can be used for agricultural irrigation. ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and liquid with similar properties to water. The temperature of pumped liquids is not more than 80°c. When the temperature of liquids is more than 80°c, the hot water type pipeline centrifugal pump or high-temperature resistant pipeline centrifugal pump can be chosen for the high temperature liquids.

ISG pipeline centrifugal pump product features:

1, ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameter is the same, and located in the same center line. The pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The pump has the advantages of compact and beautiful appearance, covers a small area, low construction investment, such as when add protective cover onto the motor, the pump can be used outdoor.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the long shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short and the structure is compact.

3, vertical single-stage centrifugal pump shaft seal with mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, the use of imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high-temperature mechanical seal and the use of hard alloy materials, wear-resistant seal, can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.

4. Installation and maintenance of vertical single-stage centrifugal pump is convenient. There is no need to remove the pipeline system.

5. The series of pipeline centrifugal pumps can be used in series or parallel operation according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

6, according to the requirements of pipeline layout, the vertical and horizontal pump installation.

1、ISG vertical pipeline pump is used to transport the clear water and other liquids as same as clear water in physical and chemical characteristic and liquids temperature is no more than 80℃. Such as industry and city water, boost and supply water for high-building, gardening, fire fighting and warm and cooling circulation etc.
2、IRG vertical hot water pump is used for hot water boost and circulation in power resource and metallurgy and wood process and chemical industry and weave and making –paper and restaurant and city heat circulation. Liquid temperature is not more than 120℃。
3、IHG chemical industry pump is suitable to transport the corrosive liquids in weave and petroleum and chemical industry and pharmacy and food etc. Liquid temperature is -20℃～+120℃。
4、YG vertical pipeline oil pump is to transport the gasoline and kerosene and diesel oil etc petroleum product. Liquids temperature is -20℃～+120℃。
