JYWQ, JPWQ series automatic agitating sewage pump is on the basis of conventional sewage pump and adopts automatic agitating device. When sewage pump works with the motor shaft rotation and generate strong stirring force to make the sediment be mixed into suspended solids in the sewage pool and finally the wastewater with the solids is discharged outside of the pump.

JYWQ,JPWQ submersible sewage pump improves the performance of anti-clogging and sewage drainage capacity. The pump can complete a one-time drainage, sewage disposal, in addition to the deposition so as to save operating costs. JPWQ automatic agitating sewage pump structure characteristics

1. Adopt the unique double-channel non-clogging impeller structure to improve the flow capacity and sewage discharge capacity.

2, automatic stirring device, produce a strong stirring force, the pool of sediment stirred into suspended matter inhalation impeller discharge, to achieve the role of dredging.

3. The baffle divides the base into two parts, stirring and water will not affect each other.

4, the mechanical seal for double-sided mechanical seal, long-term in the oil chamber, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pump.

5. The fluid power seal of the auxiliary impeller structure has the function of auxiliary seal, so as to protect the mechanical seal, balance the axial force and extend the service life of the bearing.

6. The pump wiring cavity is equipped with a leakage detection probe. In case of leakage, the probe will send a signal and the control system will protect the pump.

7. The stator of the motor is insulated with grade B and grade F, and has built-in heat protector. When the motor is overloaded and generates heat, the protector will act in time to protect the pump and motor absolutely.

8. An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, the water enters the oil chamber, the probe sends a signal, and the control system protects the pump.

9. JPWQ pump with the circulating cooling system can ensure the normal water level of the pump in the water tanks.
