FULLY AUTO PALLET WRAPPERS with top cover machine

This is integration of MS303 Fully Automatic In-line Pallet Wrapper and MT107Top Sheet Dispenser. It’s an ideal machine to integrate into a palletizing line to achieve automatic pallet packaging. The wrapper automatically pick up a loaded pallet from in-feed conveyor, wrap it and conveyor the load to out-feed conveyor. Apart from wrapping the sides of the load, it also place a piece of PE sheet onto the top of the load to make it water-proof. It provides maximum protection to the products. It has 3 working modes: wrapping only, wrapping with top cover, or bypass. One can choose the most suitable working mode viewing the product being processed. The wrapping machines are available in different configurations, with the possibility of 90° pallet in-feed and out-feed conveyors.

MACHINE FEATURES

1.Ideal packing machine to integrate into a palletizing and packing line to have fully automatic stretch film wrapping.

3.Customer could choose the most suitable wrapping mode of the wrapper according to actual needs, either to wrap 4 or 5 sides of the loads.

5.The wrapper with equipped with auto film clamp device, auto film cut and brush device and blow air device. After film brush, the film nicely clings to the load to avoid film tail hanging down.

6.Top sheet dispensing device automatically adjust height according to load height, automatically drag the top foil according to pre-set film length, cut and place the foil onto load top.

7.Heavy duty ring gear structure turntable, with load capability of over 2,000kg. Quiet and reliable.
