Security information
- A7VO (LO) pump is designed to operate in open loop
- System design, installation and commissioning must be performed by trained technicians or distributors.
- All hydraulic nozzles can only be used to install hydraulic working pipelines.
- During and shortly after the operation of the pump, the shell (especially the electromagnet) may be very hot, so it should be avoided burning; please take appropriate safety measures (wearing protective clothing).
- According to the different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature) of the axial plunger element, the performance curve may be deviated.
- Pressure nozzle:
All selected materials and port threads are designed to withstand peak pressure.
Manufacturers of machines and systems must ensure that the safety factors of all connecting elements and hydraulic pipes are applicable to actual working conditions (pressure, flow, oil, temperature).
- All data and information provided with the product must be complied with.
- The product has not been certified as a component that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13849's overall machine system security concept.

Threaded holes in the axial plunger unit:
The maximum allowable tightening torque MGMax is the maximum value of the threaded holes in the pump housing and should not exceed that value. Refer to the table below for the values.

Please follow the information provided by the manufacturer regarding the maximum allowable fastening torque of the fittings used.
Tightening bolts:
For DIN 13-compliant fastening bolts, we recommend that you check the allowable tightening torque under various specific conditions according to VDI 2230.
Lock the screw:
For the locking screw provided by the axial piston unit, the minimum tightening torque MV as follows should be adopted.
