*Brief
Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1150°C. Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35 is especially characterized by high resistivity and relatively low prices when compared with other nickel-chromium alloys. In spite of its relatively high iron content, NiCr3020 is resistant to oxidation and chemical corrosion. Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35 is weak-magnetic.

*Feature
Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35 is especially characterized by high resistivity and relatively low prices when compared with other nickel-chromium alloys
*Application
Cr20Ni30 and Cr20Ni35 is used as electric components in domestic appliances and other electric heating equipment. It has good ductility after long time usage, good mechanical property at high temperature and good weldability. The maximum working temperature in air is +600℃ when used for resistance wires and +1050℃ when used for heating wires.
1. High-value electrical resistors and for heating wires.
2. Electric heating elements (Electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters, floor heaters, resistors).
3. Industrial furnaces up to 1000℃.
4. Heating cables, rope heaters rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements.
