*Brief

Cr20Ni80 contains 20% Cr and 80% Ni, it has great corrosion resistance ability. This alloy permits working temperature of 1200℃. We can produce as client’s requirements to add relatively element to increase the alloy the working temperature and strength. With application in alternative oxidizing/reducing atmospheres, there is a danger of green rot.

*Feature

Cr20Ni80 is the most ideal heating alloy, it has great ductility, workability and weldability under high temperature and seismic strength. As well it has high and stable resistance, corrosion resistance, surface oxidation resistance, excellent coil-forming ability.

 

*Application

Cr20Ni80 is used for electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces. Typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.

1. Electrical parts and electronic components.

2. Electric heating elements (home & industrial use).

3. Industrial furnaces up to 1200.

4. Heating cables, mats and cords.

 

*Based on client’s requirement, we have succeeded in producing X20H80-H. Through adding Zr element around 0.2-0.5%, it can increase alloy working temperature, and strength. It is mostly used in high temperature industry furnace.
