Product Description
The fused silica powder is made of natural high-quality quartz, which is melted by high temperature and theamorphous silicon dioxideafter cooling is used as the main material, and then processed by unique technology. The product has high purity, low thermal expansion coefficient, low internal stress, high moisture resistance and low radioactivity. As a plastic sealing material for enclosed integrated circuits, it has the outstanding advantages of good dynamic performance, less spills/spillage and large filling capacity.
Application
Fused silica powder is widely used in electronic packaging, investment casting, high-grade electrical insulation, paint and coatings, silicone rubber, refractories, high-grade plastics, special ceramics and other industries.
