Product Introduction
PCL Sand maker is also called impact sand maker, through impact sand maker, impact crusher, PCL sand maker, or straight sand maker. Working Principle
Materials go into PCL sand maker from the feeding inlet and are divided into two parts by separator. One part go into the speedy impeller and is sped up to hundreds of times the speed of gravitational acceleration and is cast away at the speed of 60-70 m/s from three evenly-distributed runners of the impeller. First, part of materials that fall free from all around the separator are crushed and then are pushed to the settled layer inside the cavity. Then, they are rebounded by the underlayer of materials to rush obliquely into vortex cavity which will be impacted, abraded, ground and crushed for twice or more.
The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharging outlet. In the course of crushing, materials impact and crush voluntarily. Instead of being in direct contact with the hardware, they are impacted, abraded and crushed with the underlayer of materials which reduces wastes pollution and prolongs the period of abrasion. Inside the vortex cavity, air flow self-circulation is achieved dexterously which reduces the dust pollution.

Installation
1. PCL Impact sand maker should be adjusted horizontally being vertical with the level in installation. The lifter must be equipped above the stone crusher, with the weight of the largest piece of equipment taken into consideration to match with the capacity. The lifting space must be left above the machine as well as an appropriate space on the side for repairing.
2. Before the installation, all components, spare parts and accessories must be checked in the transportation to see whether they are complete or not according to the packing list. Before delivery, the machine has already run for hours in the factory with all parts being normal. Nevertheless, it must be comprehensively checked whether the lubricating pipe is tightly connected after the field installation. Before the test run, it must be refilled with MOBIL lubricating oil.
3. All junctions among components must be checked to ensure that they are fixed reliably. If there is any foreign substance on the impeller, it must be eliminated in time. Check the wiring of the motor to see whether it's correct.
4. The motor should be firstly started before installing the belt. The sense of rotation shall be uniform with that of the label, that is, the impeller rotates anticlockwise looking from the feeding inlet. If the direction is opposite to that of the label, the wiring should be adjusted. For the machine driven by two motors, the main bearing assembly and the motors on two sides are connected by V-belt of equal quantity respectively. The tension force of V-belts on both sides should be adjusted equally and straightly.
