1. It can crush all kinds of granular feed materials, such as corn, sorghum, wheat, soybean meal, bran, beans, etc., and also can crush high-fiber materials such as forage grass and straw.Note: the yield of crusher is under the condition of crushing grain.
2. The base is welded with steel plate with reasonable structure. The motor and rotor are installed on the same base.
3. The main transmission bearing is Japanese NSK bearing and Swedish SKF bearing.
4. The rotor of the crusher is tested by high-precision dynamic balancing machine.During the operation of the crusher, there is no vibration and the noise is within 90 db.
5. The operating door is interlocked with the motor. When the operating door is misoperated during operation, the motor will stop rotating.
6. The gap between hammer pieces and screen pieces, the number of hammer pieces and the motor speed can be adjusted according to different materials.

1. Countercurrent cooling principle is used to cool the particles with high temperature and high humidity, avoiding the quench phenomenon caused by direct contact between cold air and hot material, thus preventing the surface cracking of particles. Meanwhile, the cooling effect is significant due to the large air inlet area of the closed-air feeder.
