The AT-5000 is mounted on two A00 class minicars to measure half shaft torque. To be assembled in such a small car, the installation space is no small challenge for our wireless telemetry system, but don't worry, our products can be easily handled.
First introduce the AT-5000 system, which is a small, battery-powered, convenient and reliable wireless torque telemetry system. The system group consists of a transmitting unit and a mounting accessory, a signal receiving ring, and a signal conditioner. The product is easy to install, small telemetry, and various sizes of launching units are suitable for mounting on different shaft diameters. The signal conditioner finally outputs an analog voltage signal of -10 to +10V, which is convenient for acquisition, stable and reliable RF transmission and reception, and can be completely replace wired test equipment such as slip rings. It can also be used for the measurement of physical quantities such as strain torque, temperature and voltage of rotating parts.
