RCB heat preservation pump is equipped with hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flange. Heat conduction of oil, steam, hot water and other media is used for heat preservation and cooling of the pump. The pump can be driven by electric motor or speed reducer (when liquid viscosity is more than 1500C.S.T)

RCB insulation oil pump can be divided into cast iron and cast steel material with thermal insulation jacket.  Heat pump is applicable to pump the fluids solidified easily and crystallization and by heating to maintain the liquid with lubricity and easy flow of liquid at  a certain temperature. Especially in the process of the high altitude and outdoor installation process ,Heat preservation pump need to heat preservation, pump starts to work, first of all, preheat reduces the starting power of the pump.

Application scope of RCB insulation oil pump:

RCB heat preservation pump is suitable for conveying corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygienic requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 350 degree Celsius and the viscosity is 5cSt  to 1500cSt, such as various chemical raw materials, filling medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergent, printing and dyeing, brewing, resin, glue and other industries. The RCB heat preservation asphalt pump transmission mode has two motor direct connection and speed reducer, when the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, reducer transmission should be used.
