Answer: Yes. For the existing plush toys, we can give you free of charge. But customer should pay the freight fee.

2. Do you accept OEM ODM service?

Answer: Yes, we offer OEM ODM service. 

3. How much will the sample cost?

Answer: Normally speaking, it will cost USD50. But it should depend on the complexity of the samples that you required.

4. How long will i get the sample?

Answer: the sampel will be ready in 7- 10days.

5. How can i protect my design?

Answer: we can sign a NDC to protect your ideas and your design. 

6. Are you a manufacture or dealer?
