Major Technological Innovations and Advantages
1. Wide range of tube materials (copper, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and all other ductile materials).
 
2. The convective heat transfer coefficient of single phase fluid may reach 2-6 times of smooth tube, the boiling heat transfer coefficient may reach 2-5 times of smooth tube, and the condensation heat transfer coefficient may reach 3-5 times of smooth tube. 

3. Compared to the smooth tube heat exchanger, this one using 3D finned tube is smaller in volume and lighter in weight; can adjust the partial heat transfer strength by changing parameters on the finned structure, to meet min temperature requirements on tube wall and obviously improve the corrosion and scalling state on the tube. And the function of ash blow-off iteself on 3D finned tube may reduce the ash clogging in the tube.  

4. Compared to the helical corrugated tube, the heat exchanger using 3D finned tube has a wider range to adjust structure parameters like in arrangement/height/pitch and etc. It has a better craft, reliability and resistance to corrosion.
