Q: How do I know which model I should choose?

A: You can tell me your room size ( Lenght*Width*Height ), and the RH  you need.We can suggest you the right model.

Q: Can we buy a sample for testing?

A: Yes, you can send to you under CIF or FOB terms.

Q: If there had some problem with my dehumidifier, what shall I do ?

A: Within one year, if the dehumidifier can not work, and it is due to the dehumidifier quality, we will send to you free spare parts.

Q:If there had a problem with the dehumidifier after one year, what shall I do ?

A: We can supply you with cheap spare parts for you to replace it.
