Machine frame is welded by high strength rectangular tube and steel plate through multiple strength calculation and load-bearing strength analysis. Machine body is painted after pickling, phosphating and artificial aging treatment. Control system circuit adopts preservative treatment which makes maintenance operation safer. Pneumatic system adopts imported components, which lead to long service life and easy maintenance. What's more, it is equipped with the function of  automatic water filtration, water discharge and cylinder lubrication.

1. Range of application
LDJ2-CNC-650X5000 Aluminum Heavy Duty CNC Double Head Any Angle Cutting Saw is mainly used for aluminum any angle cutting in ±45°~90°~±45°. Cutting height and width are 200~200mm. It is the new generation of equipment which is ideal and indispensable.

2.Feature

Advanced technology, high precision, stable performance, easy operation, easy to maintain with pneumatics. The saw head adopts the servo motor to drive the slewing support-supporting the bearing swing angle mode; the saw blade work adopts the gas-liquid converter damping mode, and the cutting profile has better stability.

The equipment is designed reasonably and compactly. The working pressure is compressed by a plurality of adjustable cylinders and nylon indenters. The extension and retreat of the saw blade are operated by the cylinder and the gas-liquid converter. The table rotates and the angle is adjusted. Motor plus rotary drive and CNC PLC control, and can be manually and automatically adjusted, easy to work, accurate angle positioning.

The saw realizes a unique function of sawing multiple uses, and can realize profile cutting at any angle from -45° to 90° to +45°. It can improve work efficiency and reliability, make operation safe and convenient, and is easy to maintain.
