THW360 Three Head Seamless Welding Machine

1.Introduction
THW360 three head seamless welding machine is mainly utilized for PVC window and door welding processing and typically used for the colored UPVC profiles. It can achieve the whole welding processing individually.

This three point welding machine is composed of three machine heads, machine frame, electric control tank and material supporting frame. The three head seamless welding machine is also equipped with fixing mechanism, pressing mechanism, heating mechanism and head box on the machine head.

2. Feature

(1)The electrical controller system of machine is adopt programmable controller, specialized in automatic control PC, small volume, high ability on anti-jamming, easy programmable and easy operation

(2)Applicable to weld colored profile materials (including film, transfer printing ,co-extrusion and spraying profile)

(3)THW360 welder can clean the welding knob after the welding work is finished and control welding seams strictly. As a result for colored profile materials, it features a beautiful appearance and top grade

(4)Welding hardness is higher than the corner rigidity of  profile materials

THW360 welder increases welding hardness through control system and pneumatic system, especially the software processing during melting, melting-welding interval and butt welding process, which ensures optimal welding hardness no matter in what working environment. It does quantitative adjustment through numerical parameters.

(5)Integration of mullion welding

THW360 welder machine uses six cutters to clean angle seams of mullion and crossed mullion and the surface of various of mullions is beautiful and strong.  

(6)Steady welding seams

Welding seams are worked out by pliers, knives, knife. pliers and the knife lay a sound basis for steady welding seams optimize all welding parameters and control the size and stability of welding seams through numerical parameter, as a result, the minimum blanking seam of standard profile is less than 0.1mm and the co-extrusion profile thicker than 0.25mm does not show its grounding .

(7)Width range

If users use other type of welding machine ,it is necessary to make big adjustment when they use it to weld different profile, it becomes unnecessary if they use this welder.
