Two head welding machine is widely used for PVC window and door welding processing. It can achieve the whole welding processing individually. One head of this four point welding machine can be used for welding processing with variable angles. It is also suitable for special shaped window welding, such like arch windows. The four machine heads can also be used individually, simultaneously or jointly. Parker four head welding machine is the ideal equipment for welding processing for PVC windows and doors.

Feature of PVC Window Door Welding Machine

1.The machine is used for PVC window and door welding; it can achieve the whole welding processing individually.

2.The left machine head has horizontal moving mechanism, and it can move 20mm along the track for easier take.

3.The movable stand adopts non-oil lubricating bearing and linear ball bearing that make it of high precision, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.

4.One of the machine heads can be used for welding processing with variable angles; it is also suitable for special shaped window welding like arch window.

5.The machine has one head that can weld various angles. The two heads can work individually and jointly. It enables welding for such shapes as ┗ ┣ ┳ ┏┓ ┳╋ ╋ etc.
