Feature:

1.The electric component, sensor and PLC auto-controlling is imported low power supply;

6.Cleaning Part is consisted of stainless steels. Three pairs of brush can work separately. It can recognize the LOW-E glass automatically. So it can protect the LOW-E glass from scratching.

7.This machine adopts inverter control transmission motor. So it can easily slow down and accelerate.

8.This machine has the self- diagnosis function, which is easy for check the error.

9.Germanic technology is adopted in the whole line and main components are imported from world famous brand since it will be stable, convenient to maintain, and easy to handle.

10.Insulating glass like standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, low-E glass, big and small glass, varity glass, special shape glass, triple glass, etc can be produced.

11.The carbon steel plate with high strength and accuracy is adopted as the whole back plate, since it's laser cut and CNC bent with high strength and easy to install.

12.The convey part is equipped with safe guard for easier maintenance and safety. 

Washing and druing section

1.This section is equipped with stainless steel to prevent any rust.

2. 7 motors are equipped. There are 6 motors supplying 6 brushes and 1 motor supplying the rubber. There are 3 separated tanks outside each pair of brushes with thermostatic heating system to improve the cleaning effect. The first pair of brush won't work when low-E or tempered glass processed for protection the film.

3.Germany industrial plastic(avoid getting rusty) bearings are used so there is no need to maintain daily.

4.This machine adopts high pressure fan, equipped with special air knife with bigger angle others which can improve the drying effect. Multistage frequency conversion control is exclusively used, and multi-speed revolution optimization function can realize all kinds of size of glass movement.

5.Big color touching screen can lively monitor working stage of each section, equipped with self-diagnosis function, easy to maintain, also with remote diagnosis function.

Assembling section

1.Servo motor and ball screw is adopted for locations and assembling for the high accuracy.

2.There are 22 suckers with sensor switch under each in the assembling cabinet. The glass will touch the sensor switch when coming by, then the sucker up the touched sensor switch will suck the glass. Other suckers with sensor switch being not touched won't work.

3.The distance between two boards of the pressing cabinet can be adjusted automatically according to the thickness and size of the glasses.
