Hollow Glass Second Sealing Equipment

1. Auxiliary equipment in insulating glass production line,bicomponent extruder for hollow glass second sealing. 

 2. Used for silicone or polysulfide sealant coating on four sides of insulating glass.

 3. Mixer adopts stainless steel flow type to ensure high extruder, easy cleaning, less waste and without sealant leakage.

 4. A pump (main pump) adopts double pneumatic control system, when A or B sealant is finished, it can give alarm.

 5. B pump pressure plate adopts two seals, to reduce sealant leakage.

 6. B system adopts two filter systems before high pressure output to keep clean. 

Packaging:

This bicomponent extruder normally be packed with plastic covering and stretch film package inside, to avoid dust and rusting.

And if customers required, would be packed with standard exporting wooden case outside, or with wooden base/steel base.
