1.Two component coating machine adopts the advanced technology.Component A pump and Component B pump are

 driven by hydraulic and pneumatic systems respectively.

2.The curative agent system is totally enclosed ,preventing curing agent from meeting air.

3.Adjustable matching of two components can meet all requirements.

4.The rubber mixing system adopts international popular static reciprocating type,mix more evenly.

5.Main pump adopts hydraulic pressure smoothly drive.

6.The machine has A and B group run off alert function, which can avoid time and sealant wasting

7.it has two Bucket, one bucket is white silicon glue A,it is 55 gallon, the other bucket is black silicon glue B, it is 5 

gallon, the two bucket glue mix by 10:1, after mix glue, use the glue gun to begin coating, put the glass on a rotary 

coating table to make coating.

The manufacturer warranty and guarantee period will be 24 months from the buyer full receipt of the goods at the destination port.Any malfunctioned parts, those are not caused by the user,during this guarantee period will be for the seller guarantee responsibility.The seller must send the part for replacement within 5 days after receiving buyer report.If the buyer need,our engineer will fly to help to install machines,design workshop and train workers.
