1.The machine is used for copy routing different shapes of holes and grooves for aluminum and PVC profile.Two independent routing units, one unit horizontal and one unit vertical.Horizontal unit, three holes with fixed spacing can be drilled.Vertical unit can be used for the copy routing with the copying template.Movement on recirculating ball bearings, ensure great stability and precision to the head unit, making it possible to work on every kind of aluminum and PVC profiles.

2.The belt is accelerated to achieve the high milling speed.With the pneumatic driving system, it can process the water slots, pulley holes, lock holes and hardware holes it has the features of easy operation and high reliability.

3.Mill head through the ring form belt, the electric motor drives the mill head to rotate.After placing and clamping profile, the machining can be continuous.
