                                         Double heads cutting machine near view

This machine is used for cutting PVC UPVC plastic vinyl profiles.Cutting angle 45, 90, -45.The pneumatic driving 

system make saw blades feed automatically.Two pairs of horizontal and vertical pneumatic clampers fix profiles fast.

Measuring ruler is setted on machine body,which ensure accurate cutting length.It has the features of easy operation,

high accuracy and large process range.

Cutting saw machines.Model:LJZ2-450x3700 and LJG-500 also can be installed with digital displayer.

mode:LJB-350A,SJ00-3500 and LSJ-3500 can cut aluminum thinkness under 2mm.

End milling machine(for mullion).Model:LXD-200 and LXDA-200 need special cutters according to profile.Model:LXD-250 cutters are universal.

Seamless welding machine.If you use colourful profile,seamless welding machine is necessary.

Non-seamless welding machine

Corner cleaning machine.CNC corner cleaning machine,with three cutters---clean upper,lower and external seam.with five cutters---clean internal more.six cutters---all cleaning.

Warranty and Guarantee.

The manufacturer warranty and guarantee period will be 24 months from the buyer’s full receipt of the goods at the

 destination port. Any malfunctioned parts, those are not caused by the user,during this guarantee period will be for

 the seller’s guarantee responsibility.The seller must send the part for replacement within 5 days after receiving

 buyer’s report. If the buyer need, our engineer will fly to help to install machines,design workshop and train workers.
