Brief description
The machine is used for cutting the PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl window door glass glazing bead profile.
Features
1).According to the needed size, you can process the glazing bead profile.
2).It is with the adjustable mould, the mould is adjustable easily. No need to replace the mould when replacing the profiles, avoiding reinvestment and reducing the production cycle of window door.
3).This machine is with two motors, it adopts two saw blades on one motor which cut off and chamfer angle for glass bead at the same time.
4).Automatic saw blade feeding by pneumatic cylinder and moving on precise rod. 4 pieces saw blades ensure the precise cutting, double cutting one each end to mill the hook foot. With the cutting saw blades, it can finish the 45° cutting of two pieces glass glazing bead profiles in the back at one time.
5).The machine is fixed horizontally so that the clamping of profile is simple and the cutting movement is stable. Vertical clamping device and special designed mould ensure stable positioning. Thus, it ensures the high accuracy of glazing bead profile processing and beautiful appearance.
6).This machine is with the measurement scale. It can measure the window/door inner frame's size. 7).Furthermore, there is a tiny adjusting device, with which customer can adjust the tightness degree as needed at will.
