CNC bending machine for window and door.

Applications:

This CNC arc bending machine is to bend the profile into arc shape, so that the thermal break profile can be used for different purposes.

Features:

1. Equipped with three motivated driving rollers , which can avoid sliding during running.
2. The max hydraulic pressure can be reached 20T , so easily to bend arc of various profiles , window and door frames as well . (rectangular steel tube)
3. Arcs can be bended in one time , of course can be bended by several steps according to requitements.
4. Three rollers controlled by CNC system can work accurately. (accuracy: +/-0.02mm.)
5. Distance of driving rollers can be set according to requirements. Also can be adjusted in different position.
6. Types of bended arc: ordinary “ C” , “U “ , and three radius arc (bread arc and ellipse).
7. Automatical calculate the resilience value.
8. Data can be saved in order to recall next time .
9. Suitable for various aluminum profiles and rectangle steel tube.
10. The machine is placed horizontally , which is suitable for profiles in different sizes and weights.
11. Two types of control methods:  automatically or by hand . 
12. Working speed can be adjust in order to meet manufacture needs.
13. Mold is simple and useful; aluminum with radius 250 mm can be bended without deformation.
