GYJB-01 Rolling Machine

Applications:

This rolling machine is to combine thermal barrier strip or plastic profile with aluminum profiles to make thermal break aluminum profile, suitable for rolling of aluminum and wood material composite profiles. 

Features:

1, Eight sets of hardened rolling discs and rubber roller are electrically controlled for fast change of profiles.

2, Eight rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stable rolling, high speed, and high efficiency.

3, Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjustable for different sizes of profiles.

4, Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan HIWIN linear rail, Schneider electrical appliance, and precision screws are adopted.

5, Suitable for rolling of aluminum and wood material composite profile, one-side thermal barrier strip profile,etc.
