We usually arrange shippment in 10 days after getting deopsit, but customized machines should be more than 25 days.

a.We can send you free components to you if your machines are in guarantee time.

b.We can send our engineers to repair your machines

1). We will provide all spare parts needed for maintenance of the equipments.

2). During the period of guarantee, within 1 years (12 months), the seller we will be responsible for the damage due to the defects in designing and manufacturing.

3).If you need installation, please inform us, we can send engineer to your factory to install and test machines for you.
