This machine is used for knurling of aluminum alloy profiles, and assembling two aluminum profiles with a thermal break polyamide strip in the middle.

1 The vertical movement of knurling is electrically controlled,which makes changes of different profiles easy,fast,and stable.

2  Film coating support frame and clamping unit are available. strip feeding can be achieved when knurling.

3 The two knurling heads can be vertically controlled by separate motors, and hand wheels as well.

4  Linear rail and electrical appliance are adopted for stable performance.
