Using the disc type blades storage,16 blades capacity,only need 3 seconds for changing blade,greatly improved the efficiency of changing blades.

Adopting famous high-precision ball screw,rail and rack.

Double position design,putting on and taking down profile separately without stop,have much higher processing efficiency.

Centralization lubrication adopt intermittent supply system,blades adopt system control spray pump cooling device.

Equipped automatic memory on blades device system.

The main electrical parts:circuit breakers,AC contactor are all SCHNEIDER brand.

The mian components adopt steel structure and they are all through aging treament.
