1.Main Features

This machine is made up of machine heads, frame, electric controller box, profile-holding frame, etc.                                              

The left head can move 20mm by following the track.                                                              All heads have location structure,pressing ctructure, heating structure and head box.                                     This machine is made for PVC window and door welding process. It can achieve the whole welding process independently.                                        

It has feature of advanced technology,reliable function, easy operation.                                             It adopts PC control, pneumatic driving and locating.The movable stand uses non-oil lubricating bearing and linearball bearing that make it of high precision, easy operation, and convenient maintenance                                                                       One of the heads can weld various angles, which can meet the customers' need of welding an arc and other special shaped windows.
