Yes, sample charge is needed. because raw materials, printing, embroidery and modeling cost is nessarfy. 

b.Sample charge?  Sample charge will be collected once your sample is makng. price will vari based on its complexity. ( fright charge is additional).If there are several designs at one time, we can give you resonable discount price accordingly. 

c. Will you refund it? 

Yes, we will refund the sample fee when the first order qty reaches 10000 pcs/design.

d. what is the sample time?

Samples ususally take about 3 to 5 working days but may vary depending on how many styles and the complxity of your samples. If your toys requires a lot of printings, embroidery, or other special requirments, it may take longer.
